[국내자료/학술지] 짜오찡찡 외. 2024. 무용 전공 중국 유학생의 전공인식이 대학생활적응에 미치는 영향과 전공몰입의 매개효과

[초록]

연구방법: 수도권 소재 무용 전공 중국 유학생 201명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, SPSS 26.0 통계프로그램을 활용하여 다중회귀분석, 매개효과분석을 실시하였다.

연구결과: 전공인식의 모든 하위변인이 전공몰입에 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 전공인식의 교수-학생 관계만족, 학과인식만족이 대학생활적응의 학업적에 전공교과만족, 전공학문관심과 만족이 사회적에 전공교과만족, 전공학문관심과 만족, 학과인식만족이 개인정서적에 정적영향을 미쳤으며 전공인식의 교수-학생 관계만족과 대학생활적응의 학업적의 관계, 전공인식의학과인식만족과 학업적의관계, 전공교과만족과 개인정서적의 관계, 전공학문관심과 만족과 학업적의 관계에서전공몰입이 부분매개, 학과인식만족과 개인정서적의 관계에서 전공몰입이 부분매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

결론: 유학생들을 위한 전공교과 구성체계에 대한 관심, 소통 시스템 구축을 시사점으로 도출한다.

Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted on 201 Chinese international students majoring in dance in the metropolitan area, and multiple regression analysis and mediated effects analysis were performed using SPSS26.0 statistical software.

Result: All of the subvariables of professional cognition had a positive effect on professional engagement, professional cognition of professor-student relationship satisfaction, discipline cognitive satisfaction in the academic, professional course satisfaction, and professional discipline care and satisfaction in adapting to university life on sociality, professional course satisfaction, professional discipline care and satisfaction, and discipline cognitive satisfaction on personal affect, and professional input had a positive effect on professional engagement in the professional cognition of professor-student relationship satisfaction and the university life adjustment academic relationship, professional cognitive satisfaction of disciplines and academic relationship of professional cognition, professional course satisfaction and personal emotions, professional discipline concerns and satisfaction and academic relationship of professional cognition, professional inputs partially mediated the effect of professional inputs in the relationship of discipline cognitive satisfaction and personal emotions.

Conclusion: Focusing on the structural system of professional programs for international students leads to insights into the construction of communication systems.
